Originally from Columbia, Maryland, John has been

a professional photographer in beautiful Savannah, Georgia since 2005. His formal training is from University of Maryland Baltimore County, where he received a BA degree for Photography & Graphic Design.

Areas of expertise include weddings, special events, lifestyle portraits, headshots, commercial, and fine art. John's photography has been featured in local and national publications to include South Magazine, Savannah Magazine, Connect, Sailing World, Hakai and many small business publications.

John’s portfolio consists of a wide range of photography that demonstrates his ability to create polished images that come alive with unique personality. He is experienced in directing a scene towards a creative vision, whether working alone or collaborating with clients. With vigor and dedication, John is fascinated with capturing the unique lives and landscapes of Savannah in all her beauty and diverse walks of life.​
